-Simple Coloring (Flat color/ Minimal Shading)

-Simple or no background

Tier 3: 90$

A.) 2 Characters

-Full Body

-Fully Colored

What I can do: Any kind of Human, Kemonomimi, Furries, Semi-Mecha, Cyborgs, Gore, NSFW

What I cannot do/ do not feel comfortable doing: Full robot, Mecha, Animals, Landscapes or Backgrounds alone, 

Hate art, Lolis/ Shotas/ or any kind of art depicting underage characters.

I will charge a bit extra for more complicated designs such as Full suits of armor, Semi-mecha, Furries, and complicated outfits! If you're not sure about your proposal, just ask me!

The base charge for these things will be 10$, but may change depending on your request so please just ask me about it!

~~~~~~~~~~Terms Of Service~~~~~~~~~

By commissioning me, you hereby accept my Terms of Service as follows.

Please read it carefully, if somethings happens and you didn't follow them, it's not my fault.

Payment:

All payment must be in USD

All payments should be made through Paypal

Do not send me any payment without me invoicing you prior. I will invoice you.

Full payment is due up front for any commission equal to or below $100 USD.

For amounts greater than $100 USD, you may pay me half before starting and the rest after completion.

At least partial payment is required within three days of your commission request being accepted; failure to do so will result in your request being dropped. If you need more time, let me know.

Once our negotiation is done and I start your commission, I will not refund you the full amount. This is negotiable depending on the state of the commission and the reasons for retracting payment.

Labor/ Artist Rights

By commissioning me, you are purchasing my artist labor only. I retain all copyrights over my work.

I reserve the right to reject your Commission Proposal without question.

I will respect your request to not publicly post your Commission.

I cannot claim the Intellectual Property or reuse/ resell the image for personal and commercial projects.

Commissioner

You may upload your commissioned piece to your site as long as it is credited and linked back to any of my galleries

Once a piece is commissioned, you may use it for any personal use that you please.

You retain rights to the IP

You may not claim the work to be your own, or set it up for redistribution. You may not use it for any external projects, commercial or non-commercial. If you are looking for something to redistribute, use for your project(s), as an ad, sell or show at conventions etc., speak to me for information on royalty fees.

If you are unsure whether you intended use will break these rules, feel free to ask me!

Procedure and Conditions

Only after the appropriate amount of payment is received, I will Sketch, Line, and Color depending upon your commission request.

I d not accept “written description only” commissions. You must have at least one visual reference.

You may request minor tweaks or changes if I missed any distinguishing features present in your reference

I will allow one large edit for Full color commissions during the sketch phase. After that I reserve the right to add a fee of $10 USD for any other large edits.

If I have made a mistake please let me know. If it was on your reference and I missed it, I will fix it for free.

*I will not accept Commission requests of these kinds:

Full Robot/ Full Mecha/ Animals/ Landscapes/ Complex Backgrounds/ Hate Art/ Bestiality/ Necrophilia/ Pedophilia/ Micro/ Macro*/ Inflation/ Weight Gain/ Urine/ Poop/ Milking/ Other Obscene sexual deviancy~ If you're not sure about your proposal, just ask me!

*I'll do macro as long as it's not gruesome. I will only do "cute" Macro. Ask me if you need further specification~
